Good doctor, lousy staff. Dr. Ezrick is a fine physician. He is kind and knows his stuff. Unfortunately, with the exception of his kind wife, the rest of the staff he employed at the time that I was a patient was horrid. His receptionist was nasty, his nurse was indifferent, and the office manager was a bully. Whenever I would call to speak to the doctor, the receptionist would grill me as if I were a steak on a bbq. Fresh is an understatement. Too bad, because this physician is a good one - his staff is what made me leave his practice. I just refused to deal with such shabby treatment.
