Concept Elite is the finest hair salon I've been to.

I've been going to Concept Elite for about four years. Appointments are taken on time. The salon is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rick asks how I want my hair cut, and accomodates my request. He shares his experience by suggesting hair treatments and styles. Prices are reasonable for the excellent service you receive. I highly recommend Concept Elite.

Consistently great results. I've been going to Concept Elite for about two years and have always been satisfied with my experience. From the moment I enter, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Matthew does a killer shampoo that's so relaxing I wish he could come to my house. Marcia always takes the time to get the waxing just right and is very pleasant to chat with while she works.

My first professional hair color was with Tony and he does a beautiful job with making my hair look as natural as my own color. He takes the time to listen so his cut is always just right. I'm always more than satisfied when I walk out the door and get rave reviews on my hair from friends and family.

Concept Elite is a great neighborhood salon and I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

Good Service. The salon itself is very well kept and nicely organized. The staff were friendly but I think they could've be friendlier. I got my hair washed by Matthew, and he was great. Very nice and did a good job massaging my head, while also shampooing. He made sure my feet were up while I got my hair washed, which is always nice. I've gone to Lola twice for a trim and blow dry, and she did a good job. I was pleased with my hair. I've gotten a facial done by Marcia, which was very relaxing. She was very friendly and nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a Smart Circle card so I did not have to pay, but by looking at their prices they're a bit on the high side. I had 2 good experiences there.

They must be writing these reviews themselves.. i was in town briefly visitng family locally and needed to get my hair done...My first impression was how dirty this place is...I joined my cousin while she was getting her hair done to see the salon.When I went to use the bathroom it smelled awful!!!!! The toliets and sinks were old and smelled like a men"s urinal. It seemed like everything was dirty and thoughlessly managed. It's your typical, "Goodfella's" salon in Brooklyn only dirtier and with less class. other than that the people were nice. Hair nothing special. Asta La Pasta!

Great hair cut with great service.. This is the second time I have had my hair cut with Lisa. She is very professional and friendly. She made sure to ask how I wanted my hair to be styled and also made recommendations as to what she thinks will work best for me and my hair type.

Being new to the area, I am very happy to have found a stylist who I can trust and that takes the time to really understand what I need.

always friendly. Always friendly and professional without the long wait, though they do have coffee and tea when i do wait a little while. Tommy is excellent and with full concentration provides amazing results of both modern and stylish hair. He surprises me every time with the simplest cut that is well configured to my face. i have confidence in him while on the seat.

Concept Elite - Brooklyn. I have been going to Cara at Concept Elite for a few years now. Cara is awesome at color and cut. The place clean, freindly and well run. The only draw back is everytime you call there you are immediately put on hold. Not for long, but I have never once called there in all these years and have not been put on hold.

Highly recommend. I've been going to Concept for about 10 years now. Rick always cuts my hair, and I've never been disappointed!

When I got married, my whole wedding party went there to get their hair and make up done. The staff accommodated all of us with such professionalism (had to get to the church on time!) and friendliness, that it made that part of the day such a pleasant memory. I was pleased to see that a few of my guests were also there that morning to get ready for the big day! I felt that said a lot about the place, that so many people trust them for special occasions. Everyone looked so beautiful when they left.

Even when I go there for a regular hair cut, I feel welcomed from the minute I walk in the door and am offered a cup of coffee. Everyone is so friendly.

I always leave there looking and feeling great!

Highly recommend. I have been taking my two girls for hair cuts to Lisa at CE for the past several years and I have always been pleased with the experience. My girls try a new style every time and we loved the outcome each time. I would highly recommend.

Concept Elite Salon. I have been going to the salon for years. I have never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful. I recommend Rick for your hairstyling needs and Sabrina for your color needs, especially if you would like to be blonde.
