Great neighborhood restaurant. I went to Noras with my family for New Years Eve. Everything was perfect. Every staff member (including the manager) was pleasant and attentive. The food was so delicious. I had surf and turf and I loved it. I go to Noras often and I always have a positive experience. I would highly recommend it. It is a great place to have lunch or dinner with family or friends.

Great local food and not so good behavior. Excellent cuisine with an eye towards the neighborhood tastes. Great strip steak and mash potatoes. Don't like the dessert bar (bit unsavory). Neighborhood is changing with many diverse groups who are not poor or criminal. The locals must get used to the idea of color in their dark almost gothic lighting environment.
