Do not count on repair person showing up. Made an appt. to fix stove-at 12:30pm, I got a call from company saying that repair person could not find a place to park so he left!!!!!! i suggested that repair person park in garage and rude, rude customer rep said she could not tell repair person what to do. i lost a day's worth of appts., offered to pay for parking and then no apology only rudeness from company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea.--probably a good thing they didn't come as, with this attitude, they probably do terrible repair work. Stay away unless you want to waste your day! (Kitchen Aid said that they are certified to repair Kitchen Aid equipment but this does not guarantee quality--I'll say!)
