Pissed off. I bought a radio from them because I needed it for a class that night. I didn't have a car and it was a hassle to bring home, and once I got there I saw there was no power cord. When I called to find out if it was there somewhere that I couldn't see, I was put on hold for twenty minutes, I called again, the same thing happened. The next time I was hung up on. When I finally got through on my fourth try and after waiting again, I was told, " Hey, guess they forgot to put the power cord on, better come in and pick it up," like it happened every day. No apology, no suggestion to get it to me themselves . I won't be going back there.
