terrible experience. I rented a car from this place and a few minutes after i left for my trip the service engine light went on. i figured the car would be ok for 2 days even though it mustve been from the 1970s and it just needed an oil change. i smelled fire on the road so i pulled over by a gas station and had the oil checked. turns out there was no oil in the car. i had to pay for the car to get an oil change and fill up a few qts of oil and i still thought that the car would stall the whole trip and i would be stuck. when i brought the car back they gave me some garbage about filling out a claim and they would get back to me. they never did so i tried calling and calling. i think ill just end up disputing the charge on my credit card. this place is not worth the aggravation
RELIABLE!. Customer service friendly. Fleet manager attentive and polite. Nice vehicles with low miles. MUST confirm procedure and policies for rentals. Has potential for repeat renting as long as the cars stay nice. Otherwise a good experience..
Horrible customer service, Old, unsafe cars. The employees were extremely rude. I was charged for a two-day rental although they demanded that I return the car seven hours earlier. It seems like their whole fleet consists of cars that have been in accidents - my car did not have airbags and it was obvious that a lot of work had been done on the body! I kept wondering how safe this vehicles really was. I went over the rental contract and it turned out that that you're liable for anything that happens to the car including flat tires, broken windows or stolen radio. It's not worth renting from this place even if you're trying to save a few bucks.
Vehicle had flat tire and spare was not useable!. It was obvious that car was in accident- airbags missing. Got a flat tire while driving normally, changed to the spare. Went directly to tire shop. Was told that spare was not useable, old tire could not be fixed and have to buy a new tire. Called company and was told to come back to the office - I was in NJ, the spare could explode on highway! Employees were obnoxious throughout. Couldnt guarantee that company would pay for tire! How was I supposed to get home? Had no choice but buy new tire at own expense. Got number to submit claim but nobody returns calls! Wasted 2 hrs of my 24 hr car rental getting new tire! And now have to pay over $80 for the tire in addition to full car rental price!!
