Appliance Showroom

Appliance Showroom is the worse. In the last 5 years I have purchased a Wolf stove, a Jenn-Air refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher, a washer and dryer and a freezer from Joe at Appliance showroom. So far the Wolf stove has been repaired three times (twice at my cost), the refrigerator does not make ice, I have replaced the Miele dishwasher from another store, and as crazy as it may seem, I relaced the freezer, washer and dryer from Appliance Showroom. The washer broke after seven months and though it is under full warranty I have had four separate repair people to my house over a three month period and it is still not working. The only thing Joe from appliance showroom is willing to do is sell me another one. My advice is go to Home Depot, they would have replaced it!

Wow customer service. FINALLY a place with a sense of customer service! I have been through a long drawn out drama with attempting to repair my Fisher&Paykel fridge and after four months of dead ends and it finally being deemed "irreparable". But today the drama ends with Appliance Showroom saying YES let us help you and deliver your new replacement fridge EARLY. Thank you!

Excellent service. Our search for appliances ended here. We received excellent and knowledgeable advice from Joe. The price was the best we were offered anywhere. Delivery was exactly as promised and the installation in our very difficult kitchen was done without major problems. We will be back and will recommend the Appliance Showroom to our friends.

Appliance showroom is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Appliance showroom is the best appliance store to shop & buy from. Joe, always spends time to make sure you get the right make & model & of course the best price in town !! They also stand behind the product on the rare ocassion some thing goes wrong,even many years after the purchase.

Great. I have been a customer for many years. Not only are the prices great, but they are there for you when you have a problem. They deliver when they say and always clean up after themselves.

Can't beat these guys.... No BS, I would not buy appliances anywhere else. Aside from the fact that you can not beat their prices, I had a situation where the wrong washer/dryer was delivered (my fault) on a Friday. Joe took them back and returned the correct washer/dryer without any questions on Monday. Joe is always able to walk me through the different features available and helped me save money by avoiding items that offered more than I needed. I would challenge anyone to beat Appliance Showroom's prices....not going to happen. To date, I have purchased refrigerator, over, BBQ, washer/dryer, microwave and 3 plasma (Panasonic 3D 65", 46" and 42") TVs with wall mounts. He has everything and knows his products better than anyone. I'd highly recommend Appliance Showroom.

We @ BC Interiors Ltd reccomend Robin to all our client whether it is to replace old applicances or buy new ones...Robin always guide them and us in the right direction....all I have to do is just tell Robin what they want and she take it from there...Best prices, service and prompt deliveries without a hassle! #1 Customer Service.....Appliance Showroom!

They don't come better. I was referred to Robin at Appliance Showroom and feel so lucky I was! She is a doll to work with. On the ball, attentive, and helpful. Everything I purchased for my new kitchen came in perfect, when promised and best of all at an AMAZING price. I give her name and number to EVERYONE now. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

The Home Dept of Appliances. I'm not quite sure how many stars to give Appliance showroom , Especially to Mr. Joe C. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I do find them the best priced appliance retailer showroom in Brooklyn . I check their prices before I even looking at another competitor, knowing that Joe will always try accommodate his clients first and for most. Because that is what Joe does to make his clients happy. I have recently purchased appliances from them, and it was great to have a local place.



Delivery was a dream. They didn't even give me a "window" for the delivery appointment. They said they would be here at 9am and arrived at exactly 9am! They even called when there where outside advise me that they were here, how many places do that!!!! They installed the appliance and hauled out the old one and gave me a quick demo in less than 30 minutes. The delivery guys were clean, polite, and efficient, and easy to communicate with. How many places can say that!!!

In addition Appliance Showroom assured me that I would receive my rebate check (s) in short order because of Joe

My only Appliance Shop. Appliance Showroom, I see there shop when I drive the kids to school. I see there trucks around making deliveries.

I needed a new A/c and decided to give them a try.

The problem is it is built in the wall.

I got a very knowledgeable rep Robin on the phone, and explained to me they will handle everything from the removal of the old one, to installation, to removing all the garbage. How could I resist, I gave them a try. They did a great job. Received an emailed invoice The delivery and installation went without a hitch.

Not only do I recommend them which I have done many times. I just made my second large appliance purchase from them
