Wrong orders, cold deliveries, won't come to door. I have lived in the neighborhood for four years now, and while I can say that the overall service has improved, (and the new pizza recipe is GREAT) there are still some serious problems with this store.

Today, for example, I am at home in bed with pneumonia. I called the store to ensure the driver would come to my apartment door, not the downstairs door, as I would have ordered from any one of many other available restaurants otherwise. Not only did the driver NOT come upstairs when he arrived, he stood at my buzzer, and kept ringing and ringing it and fighting back and forth with me. When I called and spoke to the assistant manager, he assured me the driver would come up. The driver again refused. It wasn't until I told him to take the pizza back and refund my money (I had paid online with my Debit Card) that the driver came upstairs and gave me the food.

To add insult to injury, I got the wrong pizza...I called corporate Customer Service. I am disgusted with the service at this store.
