did not have time to check out my left headlight myself,which keeps on blowing out a fuse. paid $80,00 to have them fix it. two days later the headlight went out again.turns out all they did was replace the fuse to a higher amperage fuse which was not recommended for this circuit. i found the short in the wiring were the headlight retractor mechanism and repair it myself. i return to confront them about the so call repair(replace fuse). they denied it all and claimed the mechanic did all sorts of work on it. if that was the case why wasn't he able to find the short in the wire which was obvious when i found it in a matter of 20 minutes when i look into it.he refuse me a refund and stood by his mechanic work. bullshit work $80.00 to replace a hazardous fuse.customers beware don't go to them!‎.. and they drove my car to Long Island to pick up the part!!! They thought I wouldn't notice. Real jerks.

This place has some of the best BMW mechanics but in the long run it's simply not worth it. I came in to get whole front-end replaced with my own parts and paid over $1200 in labor. Seriously??

When I asked for BMWCCA discount guy made a remark that they already used my parts for installation that's the biggest discount I can get. Okay.. whatever dude.

Came back later for quick oil change with my own oil/filters they made a big stink about it 'we do not do that', but did the change anyways.

So i figured I will let my money talk and switched mechanic. This is place is perfect for soccer moms tho.
