More like Kings Hwy RUSSIAN SCAM Center!!! The only reason I went to this business is bc my parents supposedly thought it was a decent establishment. Boy was I wrong!!! I went there ONLY for a prescription seeing as I wanted to get specific frames from a specific company called Warby Parker that only charges $95 for frames incl. lenses. I also specifically needed my PD or Pupillary Distance. On my first visit, the woman cajoled me about not wanting to get glasses there and didn't want to provide the PD. I told her I was happy to go somewhere else and she stopped trying to sell me on their frames and agreed to provide my PD with the presciption. Little did I know that after I got my eye exam I would have to WAIT 2 WEEKS bc, according to the woman, my insurance has to pay them 1st bf they hand over the prescription. I'll remember that next time I go to a doctor and he makes me wait 2 weeks to give me my medicine prescription for my flu. Oh wait a minute, NOBODY DOES THAT! So strike 1. Now I return to get my prescription, to which I had to explain to the girl on phone/in-store numerous times that it WAS NOT FOR GLASSES but ONLY A PRESCRIPTION. I guess this is a very foreign concept to them or maybe they are just morons??? Likely the latter. Anyways, when she finally copies my prescription it is minus the PD which is the main thing I needed. She calls over the manager/owner and asks if she can give me my PD to which she says NO that this is private information and "would I just give her my SS number?" Hello? Are these people serious? This is MY information that my insurance company paid for!!! I said the woman standing right there (chunky russian lady from 1st visit) told me she would give me the PD! They tried to tell me no place will give this, that nobody there would tell me this in the 1st place, and if I want it I would have to pay $30. They must have smoked too much lens cleaner if they thought I would actually pay them a dime after their nonsense. Heed my warning and steer clear of this place. Thank goodness all I got swindled for was a prescription...

WORST Vision Center EVER!. I can't remember being treated as badly as I have been treated tis time at Kings Highway Vision CenterI have been a regular customer o Kings Highway Vision Center for the last 7 years. The optometrist, Dr. Ethan Bellin is extremely knowledgeable and professionaI.i will now, never go back again.

Their staff is very rude, liars, cheaters and can't speak En. Their staff is very rude, liars, cheaters and can't speak English properly. I wanted to purchase contacts from them they quoted me $45 per box said they did not have it in stock. I requested my prescription and magically they had it in stock. So I again requested my prescription so I can purchase from an online reseller at half the price they finally wrote the prescription. When I went to place the order the online retailer said they wrote the prescription incorrectly and they would have to contact them. When they did khvc told them that it was expired.

Very Happy With My Order. Very happy with glasses I ordered from them. I ordered 2 pairs: reading glasses and sunglasses. Prescription was done exactly as I need. Very professional stuff. Answered all my questions with the smile. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them very much. Manager talks to you as to family member, not only as to potential client. I did not expect such good service. Believe me, I tried a few other Optics before. NOT even close

Best vision center EVER!. I also never had any problems. This is my first time of visiting this store and got a very good service. The doctor is really professional. Good selection of glassses. I would strongly recommend it to all my friends.

WORST Vision Center EVER!.
I waited for my glasses for 8 weeks (!!!) and to no avail. Only promises. After that I required my deposit money back ($1000) they refused to return money!
That is the most awful and incompetent company I've ever dealed with. Do NEVER turn to those CHEATERS!

Dont believe my review? read others all feel the same way. Be careful what you order. They are not honest. If they promise they have a product, i would not trust them. I had waited for a pair of frames for over 6 weeks and to which they said they will order and receive within 1 week. When i finally received the pair after shouting at them for several weeks, it was not what i had ordered. I believe i was baited & switched, and that is not right to do. The best part, they had charged my cc straight away, nearly 6 weeks prior. I previously had bought many pairs from them. i will now, never go back again as they have fraudulent ways.
