IF YOU LIKE CRAWLY CRITTERS RODENTS AND BAD MEAT OR IF YOU ARE RUSSIAN,. BUGGS, rodents, STALE AND UNSAFE meat, what a downfall ! it was a goldmine at one time. now, eat at your own risk! filthy kitchen,utensils not sterilized,leftovers gone thru and reused, check is always overcharged( intentional ??) never itemized so they get away with it. if you are vietnamese, no tax, if not, watch out. poor service,meat is undercooked and not at a safe temperature, chicken is gamey, not fresh, bathroom ? wrestle with the INFESTATION while peeing.send people that you dislike there, great way of getting even. they hate the russians so surprise items are usually found in the food, like hair, a dead roach,bloody chicken,paper,gristle, close them down as they are a risk to your health.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF EATING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! We have been going to this restaurant on and off for the past couple of years. I am an extremely patient person, but I have NEVER had good service at this restaurant. Granted the food does come quickly, but you have to practically have to stand in front of the waiter to get service. Once you do, they quickly forget to bring your drink, etc. I have always had to wait to get the bill--it's terrible. Although, I haven't gotten to the real terrible part yet.....ready?

HAIR in the food--I seem to always find one! Lovely, isn't it. Well, when you get a glimpse of what the kitchen looks like when the annoying swinging door opens, you understand why there is hair in the food. I was kidding with my husband that he doesn't see the hairs in his meal, because he always eats the beef cubes #77A, so it's camoflaged.

After not going there for a while, both my husband and I were in the mood for Vietnamese. Being the forgiving person that I am...I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we headed to the restaurant this past weekend.

I was eating my chicken and lemongrass meal when all of a sudden the pepper that I was eating had a strong (and I mean strong) taste of a harsh cleaning product....this stuff was strong! I had my husband taste a pepper, just to make sure I wasn't going crazy...well, he tasted it too. I decided to eat the chicken only....and then there it was a nice black piece of HAIR plastered to my chicken! I asked for the manager to come over and explained the situation...and he didn't even apologize...he asked if I want another meal...UMMM....NOOOOOOOOO!

Bottom line- DO NOT EAT HERE...they are rude, the service is so poor, I didn't even mention about the scary bathrooms, the unsanitary kitchen and food.

THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH. I have to say when I ate at Pho Hoai, it gave me a very warm and comfortable feeling. The service was outstanding everything came out on time and the waiter is so helpful.

Dirty & cheat on the customer especially To-Go orders, Beware. We always go and eat this restaurant since about 4 years ago. But lately this restaurant is cheating on the customers. I made about 5 to go order of Stewed Beef Cubes with Noodle (Item # 33). They put Pork instead of beef cubes. They are all pork meat. The last time which is today(8/17/07) I found a bit piece of brown color paper in my order. It is so gross and rip-off to customers. I would not recommand this restaurant anymore.
