Honest, On Time, and Capable!. My refrigerator stopped cooling. Freezer was working fine. Anthony and Eric of Accurate showed up on time and replaced a small circuit board that had screwed up the defrost system. Promised that the refrigerator would be back to a normal cool temperature within 24 hours. It didn't happen. I called back as the refrigerator was still not cooling properly. Anthony and Eric came back, again on time. Worked for two hours trying to fix a problem that was a lot more complicated than they had originally thought it was. They were patient problem solvers and eventually found the problem and fixed it. No additional charge. This is a great company that trains its people well and stands by its work. I highly recommend them!

Fast, Friendly and Professional. Our electric range stopped working one day and we called several other local repair companies (one never answered their phone or returned messages, the other first told us they could come one day and never showed up, then told us they were booked for the next ten days straight). After over a week of no stove and repair frustration, I finally, I gave Accurate Appliance Repair a call, left a message, and someone called me back almost immediately.

That was a Wednesday. By Thursday morning, Joe from Accurate was at my front door, (they said between 10am and 2pm and he was here at 10:30am!) and fixing my stove for only $95 (it was an easy fix).

Contrary to the other review, they told me on the phone up front that it costs $55 just to get an estimate (which is what I needed originally) but that you don't have to pay it if they repair your appliance (which they did).

Honest, reliable, friendly, dependable...I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to others!

Total Rip Off Family Company. The woman on the other end of the phone, who is totally unprofessional, never tells you it's 65 dollars to walk in the door. I kept asking her, and the reply was "it depends what is done". When I called to complain, she told me I was lucky, it should've been more!!!

My dryer needed to be cleaned out. It took the guy 2 minutes.(and he had a helper) He told me it was 65 dollars to do that. I am going to pre warn my family , coworkers, friends and you. Don't use them!!!! I will never use them again.!
