What's better than getting a pizza deliverd to your beach chair? Nothing!. OK, this is by far one of the best decisions we've ever made. While enjoying the sun, surf and all the amenities of the club, it's hard to believe that you are still in Brooklyn. You can be left alone if that's what you prefer, or be waited on hand and foot by the lovely cabana boys and girls. All we could afford was a locker-it's OK, though...we still have everything the cabana people have, well, except the cabana. A locker still affords you the opportunity to not have to schlep all your beach stuff daily, while still enabling you to afford your mortgage!

We love the private beach, the pool is OK, too many kiddies for my taste, but a lovely pool. The live bands have been better than I'd expected, and I'm pretty picky about music. Personally, I am waiting for Karaoke night, which is supposed to be every Thurs. in July. It's nice to know that I can leave the office at the end of the day and be there in 15 minutes for a frozen drink and a relaxing game of Scrabble or Backgammon at the Tiki bar.

For all you breeders out there, it's very kid-friendly...there are always tons of events for kids and teens.

We have been told we are not the only heterosexually-challanged people there, although we have yet to encounter another, either male, female or someone in between. But all in all, a great place...will definitely be back next season.
