One so rarely encounters real estate agents of this caliber. Admittedly, I was surprised to learn that this small firm was handling a large and complex assemblage I was involved with, but I found that the size of the Sardell operation belies the skill with which they conduct their business.
I dealt primarily with Karen Sardell, who was attentive, energetic and creative. Her skill was invaluable in negotiating the unexpected obstacles that arose in a project with numerous moving parts.
I learned that the Sardells have been in the real estate business for about 30 years (I am not certain as to the exact number). I can understand how they earned their sterling reputation.
