5 star buisness. I have purchased bonsai trees from Bonsai of Brooklyn many times. Each time has been very positive and the one time that it wasn’t (a tree was broken during shipment), Paul respondent to my complaint in less than an hour apologizing for the inconvenience and offered me a free replacement tree. In my experience, businesses just don’t take care of customers like this anymore.
