Rude owner/nie mila obsluga. My friend told me to go there for tanning session, because she thought they have a great lamps. When I entered the place, everybody gave me a weird look, then after a while the owner came. I said I would like to tan. I handled her $20 bill because I didn't have a $10 bill at that moment. I was waiting for the 10 bucks back and she didn't gave me any. I said to her that I gave her $20 and she should give me $10 back. She said "Oh, no! There were no $10 bills in my cashier and the only one is the one you gave me! Which was not true. I insisted to check with other ladies who worked there but she didn't listen. I started to feel bad, and I thought that they might think that I came there out of nowhere and I want to trick her for $10. I thought that I won't fight with her, and I just went to tan. I will never ever go to that place again./Poszlam do tego miejsca po raz pierwszy z polecenia kolezanki. Mowila ze maja dobre lampy na solarium. Gdy weszlam do salonu wszyscy dziwnie na mnie popatrzyli lacznie z obslugiwanymi juz klijentami. Wlascicielka zjawila sie po kilku minutach. Powiedzialam ze chcialabym skozystac z solarium. Poprosila o $10. Dalam jej $20 bo nie mialam drobych. Czekalam az mi wyda a ona nic. Powiedzialam ze dalam jej $20 ale ona uparla sie ze w kasie nie bylo zadnego banknotu $10 i ten jedyny to odemnie. Poprosilam aby zapytala inne pracownice, ze moze ktoras z nich pamieta ze bylo tam juz $10 ale ona nic. Poczulam sie jak jeden z tych co wchodzi z ulicy i chce wywinac trik. Weszlam sie opalic ale badzo tego zalowalam. Juz nigdy w zyciu tam nie pojde.

Jestem strasznie zawiedzion !!!. Idac na zabieg facial mialam inne zdanie o tym miejscu. Po przeczytaiu ulotki zachecil mnie profesjonalizm. Tak naprawde jest to najgorsze miejsce w jakim bylam. Kobieta robiaca facial nie zwracala uwagi na to co robi, tak jaky sie gdzies spieszyla, oczyszczanie nie odbylo sie profesjonalnie, jej rece biegaly od lewej do prawej omijajac najwieksze wagry. Koszt zabiegow jest strasznie wysoki w porownaniu z innymi salonami uwzgledniajac Manhattan. Jak najbardziej NIE POLECAM

Very disappointed. I got a gift certificate for my birthday and was very excited to go, but unfortunately was very disappointed. The owner of the spa gave me my facial and it was horrible. Throughout the whole hour she kept walking in and out of the room and left the door open which made me feel very uncomfortable. She was constantly on the phone, it was very noisy, and she did not clean my face proparly because her nails were long. They did not give me enough time to eat my lunch, which was included in the package, and than threw it in the grabage. On the other hand the nail tech was great and my massage was good as well. I would never go back though.
