A BUNCH OF CHARLATANS! BEGINNING WITH THE RECEPTIONIST WHO IS A SHAMELESS LIAR!!! I was given an 11am appointment, and I called an hour before to confirm and the receptionist confirmed the appt. By 11:50 no one shows up and I called again and the recept told me he has 4 jobs but he'll get to me. At 3pm, I called and she told me that she spoke to him a moment ago and that he's on his way. At 4pm, she puts me on hold not knowing it was me, and I hear her calling out oscar's name,when she comes back on the line, she tells me that the repairman got lost but that she is going to call him again and get right back to me. I called back at 3:30, and I asked her for the repairman's cell number and his name...she tells me his name is Oscar... I sounded her off and then she makes some lame excuse that she was talking to her boss and not to Oscar during the previous phone call. I called his cell - no answer. I called the office again -- no one wants to pick up my calls. I was very polite throughout the whole day until the end, and so there was no excuse for her behavior. They felt that my time wasn't worth a dime, and now I am seriously considering taking them to court for lost wages and punitive damages. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them -- they have no scruples and absolutely no integrity.
