Love this store

You cannot help but love this store—the selection, the service, the people, the down-to-earth, easy atmosphere. My own observation is that every level of customer from novice to pro seems to feel at home and connected there including me, a bike commuter. Bought my bike there in '92 and still riding it everywhere.

Good experience

I purchased a great road bike from Carlos and his staff a few weeks ago. I explained that I was just getting into cycling and wanted some specific components. I also needed a 44 frame which was difficult to find at other bike shops. Carlos found something for me that was a good match, and at a discounted price. He and his staff fit me on the bike, and made sure that I took it and others out for a few test rides to be sure that it fit me well. The staff I talked with, his mechanic and 2 of his retail folks, are cyclists themselves so they were able to give me some good tips and info too.
