Tips for Rex Manor Catering Hall
Surpisingly nice. This catering hall is located in a rather unattractive but not dangerous area in Brooklyn. I was invited to an affair being held at Rex Manor and wasn't sure what to expect. The catering hall has a very small reception area but the main room is very nice. The service was excellent and the food was surprisingly tasty. The food was served buffet style so it could have been a bit hotter and was not gourmet but a notch above what I am used to at a buffet service. Food was replenished so you could go back for seconds of anything you liked. No gristle on the meats, good selection, etc. Nice place for a sweet 16, religious celebration, or a special event. Not sure about a wedding though..
