My mom gets 24/7 care so I am always nervous as to is with her. Idon't live with and work 2 jobsso my concern is that she is engaged in conversation even if she doesn't always make sense. For the most part thats what she gets through this agency. They do need more 2nd language workers w. good ref. It is hard to get coverage and those people aren't alway as delicated.
