Looonnnggg wait, but OK DR. I''ve been a patient for over ten years and the long wait in the waiting room finally got to me. There's no reason why every time I have an Appt, I have to wait 1hr or more. Even when I call ahead of time to ask if I'l be seen on time and they say yes, I have to wait! Parking is not easy either. Other than that Dr Mann is Ok.

Very attentive and qualified service - but very long wats. I've been a patient for a few years already, and I love the care, attention and advice I get. However, be ready for at least 1 hour wait after your scheduled time.
