i went to window palace, and they gave me the best service ive had while building my home. the choices were abundant the salesman helped me work around my budget, even finding ways for me to pay less. i loved this place, ask for nathan

Rude, unreliable

I was told this place was THE place to go for inexpensive windows in Brooklyn. I called and spoke with the callous salesman, who didn't seem to want my business, but said I had to come in. I went in and explained exactly what I wanted, but he then tried to sell me other products I had no interest in. He drew up an estimate and said he'd call me later with the total. I never heard back despite repeated calls. Go elsewhere for friendly, reliable service.
