Best Haircut for Men, Teen and Little boys!. I really enjoy Ruthie’s Barbershop... Your wait is entertaining; she has the best jazz, R&B and/ or watch TV. You hardly wait long and the price is inexpensive that fits my budget. I enjoy everything about the shop and Ruthie is talented and professional. I send my 1yr old son and while my son is fidgety and crying, she still manages to stop my son from crying by funny distractions. My son looks good and sharp. It is as if it was magic on how she handles my son for the best haircut. She is the best. I live in the Bronx and I go all the way to Brooklyn to get my son groomed. Not only she does men’s hair, she sells art, frames, cosmetic jewelry that she hands makes herself.

great cut, great conversation, great price. I have been going to Ruthie's for over 8 years and every time i leave i do so with an amazing haircut and feeling like i live in a real neighborhood. Ruthie not only give a great cut at an even better price, but on days when there is not a lot of customers, she also tells great stories about her life. There are a lot of places to get a decent hair cut in the neighborhood but you can't get a little oral history like you can at Ruthie's.

skilled, impressive cut. Ruthe has one chair and you have her entire attention. She's meticulous in asking you what you're looking for, especially if it's your first time in her chair. She is quick and talented. Reliable, good cut. Charged me $20 for a man's cut (no wash).
