THE WORST CINCO DE MAYO EVER.
The manager of this restaurant is so rude, he's attempting to seat someone at your table faster than you can finish the last sip of your magarita! After paying too much for a tiny margarita in too
packed restaurant, they hand you a check before you ask for it...even though you had every intent on paying for more drinks!
The hustling of customers out of the door is so rude, I'll never step foot in to this REALLY AVERAGE restaurant again. And...they are in need of a good dusting!…
Too, Too Bad!.
This used to be my regular spot until I moved. I still go here once in a while. The food is not as good as it once was--it's gotten to be whitebread bland. But it was still OK to stop in for a drink
& chips.
The staff was always somewhere between my buddies and professional & courteous. I went here on Labor Day and got yelled at by a loud-mouthed bartender--apparently drunk. All I did was ask why they didn't have a certain liquor they always used to carry.
I am so sorry they have turned into a zoo and hire gorillas these days.…
Good Drinks, Good Food. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Park Slope. The servers are very friendly and helpful and they seat you very quickly. Just don't get there too late on a Friday or Saturday night as it can get fairly busy. The guacamole is excellent along with the quesadillas. You will also enjoy the black bean soup. Top it all off with a frozen drink.…
Had higher hopes.... I really wanted to like this place. I had been here a while ago, at the bar, for drinks, and the place is very cute, great ambiance. The staff was very nice and the drinks were good. When we're in the mood for mexican, we usually go to Burrito Bar, on 7th and Flatbush. A fantastic restaurant. But we tried Santa Fe the other night, and unfortuately it paled in comparison. The staff was again very nice, we were immediately sat. Our waiter had a hard time distinguishing between light and regular beer though. The food was really just ok. Salsa wasn't very good. The enchiladas were also just ok, not much white meat chicken. Sauce a little bland. My BF also thought the chicken fajitas weren't great. Kind of greasy. I was dissappointed overall, expecially because it's such a nice looking place and the staff is very nice. But honestly, it just wasn't very good food.…
