A nice surprise. It's run by Thai people and the cooks are Thai, so I had a feeling this would be a good place once I figured that out. The Tom Kha Gai (Thai Chicken soup) is great here and neither I nor any of my friends/family had any complaints with the main dishes...which is good since most of us are Thai. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
All Around Good Restaurant. Nice, quiet atmosphere; good service; good selection on menu. I measure a Thai restaurant, on first visit, by the satays and the pad thai. Both were quite good here, spices light. On my next visit - and I will go again - I will likely order from the spicier side of the menu.
Park Slope Institution. Lemon Grass is a standard in the Slope. Fresh ingredients, good preparation (more reliably so offpeak), and a charming space in summer are its main draws. Even better, it's historically been just a tad cheaper than its sisters in the city and it's highly takeout-friendly.
