Terrible - Avoid at all costs. I did a full gut renovation of my entire house and this was the only bad experience I had with all the suppliers I worked with. These guys are the worst. Their work was terrible, messy, their installers were untrained or inexperienced or worse. The work had to be done over and over again, and what was projected to be a 2-3 day job took months to finally complete properly and took countless service calls. My new go-to plumber. Over the years my house has had a number of plumbing problems. So many that it's likely that all my pipes have been replaced at some point while I've been living here. My old plumbers, the Mario Brothers were excellent. However when I tried to call them a few months ago, they didn't answer. It's like they disappeared or something. Maybe they went out of business. Anyway, I gave Vigilante a call and despite the unusual name they actually did very good work and were reasonably priced. I'll use them again if I still can't get in touch with my regular guys.…

Use at your own risk. After reading various reviews of Vigilante I felt assured that they would be a good company to call to repair my LG air conditioning system. What a mistake. They arrived on 11/11/11 diagnosed the problem and were due back on 11/17/11 to make the repair. $1,185.00 was of course promptly debited from my checking account. As I write this it is 11/23/11 and after making 8 phone calls without the courtesy of a call back I cancelled my job with them. Their communication is non existent and when you do speak to them no one in the company seems to have an answer. I will write further to let you know how long it will take to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!…

Superb Weekend Service. We must have called 5 plumbing companies to get our water heater working again on a Saturday. Vigilante had the nicest, most helpful person answering the phone. Next thing we knew, Dale and Ben arrived at our home (Under 30 minutes). They were polite, nice, quick, professionally dressed and informative. No overcharging. No song and dance. No nonsense. it was an eye-opening experience to have a Four-Seasons-Hotel-like experience from a plumbing company.…
