poor customer service. average collection..
although it says 11am as the time they open, they are very unreliable as often the place is closed until the early afternoon. the staff was extremely rude when i inquired about this as this is a 20 minute walk for me. i will not go to this place anymore and i don't recommend it for anyone who wishes to have a friendly movie renting experience.

Kid-driven movie selections in a pint-sized,
nondescript space..
The Scene
With the lack of personality that any neighborhood Blockbuster has, yet without the sheer acreage of titles, this narrow, independent store comes off more functional than freestyle. Hot dance hits fill the few aisles that somehow stock more than 8,500 movies--the
more recent selections being on DVD. Prices are lower than the big chains, but not the lowest in the area.
The Goods
Fittingly for the Slope, the focus lies in the family, children's and classics sections. Independent new releases receive some nice space, and the foreign section has significant volume too, but is, oddly, alphabetized instead of regionalized. Overall, a real mainstream, all-ages place, save for the Old West-style swinging doors in back, safekeeping the
adults-only "films."
