Fantastic service. Steve Lastoe is our go-to guy. We have called on him for a nmber of years now, and he has set up both our office computers and generations of the MACs and PCs we use at home. Steve answers calls very quickly and is happy to give phone advice. He manages to make service vists in a very timely fashion. Besides, he is a delightful person, making his visits a painless experience. Very highly recommended

Knows his stuff. So the computer on which I'm now typing this review decided to take a nap of indefinite length, and my attemps to revive it only worsened the damage. Found Steve on some Internet listings (using someone else's computer), he came over quick and recovered data that I had written up as irretrievable, and submitted a fair bill. Threw in a lot of useful advice for free. Satisfying experience overall.

Very Good Service from an Honest Company. As the owner of a smaller real estate sales company we rely on the personal relationships that we have with our service providers as key to our success. To that end I have found the services of Quick Byte to be a very valuable asset to us. Since I am not particularly computer savy I have relied on Steve, the owner of Quick Byte, to deal with all our companies computer needs/issues, and he has done so competently. Also, and this is very important to me, he is a trustworthy guy. He bills us fairly, and I feel comfortable giving him keys to our office. In short , he's an honest businessman who provides a very good service.

Perfect for individuals and small business owners. Quik Byte is great for personal or small business owners to mangae and setup their computers and computer systems. They have the knowlwedge, experience and work habits to get the job done. They work efficiently and don't pad the bills. They also offer you advice you need - even when you don't know you need it. They have saved me and my company much time and expense and I strongly recommend them.

Great computer help. My two buggy old computers are running like fast new machines thanks to Steve at Quick Byte. Steve's a nice guy with a sense of humor who -- unlike most computer experts -- can explain things clearly without making you feel like an idiot. After many useless hours on the phone with Dell, what a relief to work with Quick Byte!

#1 Computer Service. Steve, at Quickbyte, has been helping me for several years. I?m impressed with his extensive and varied knowledge of both hardware and software. In addition, Steve is very personably and friendly. He has setup my wireless network, saved crashed systems, installed drives, video cards etc. He works quickly and with precision, which is important when you are paying for emergency services. In the past, I?ve installed hardware and operating systems on various systems, but now for anything that I have to figure out, I just call Steve. He does the job better than I could do. In the end he gives me what I need and saves me time and aggravation.

Great solutions, responsive service. Running a micro business is tough and computer downtime can be a disaster. Outstanding!. I called Quickbyte four years ago when another service was unable to resolve my home networking nightmare. Steve had me up and running in an hour or two. His reasonable prices, low-key style, and absolute knowledge impressed the hell out of me. And I'm the guy all my friends turn to when they have computer problems.

Quick (and fast) fixes from Quick Byte. In the past several years two of my laptops have totally crashed and even after many hours on the phone with HP tech support, I was left with no solution. Quick Byte has been my go-to when I'm left with no other options...now I wish I had just started with Quick Byte and not wasted those hours on the phone.

Quick B has also seamlessly networked my other household workstations as well as been a big help with cable modem problems when Time Warner claimed their service contract didn't cover the tech difficulties I had experienced.

Real computer help!. You know how you call a computer service and it's just a scary ride from start to finish? Well, this ain't that! This is a warm and funny human being who really works on your computer with good advice and follow-through service. Thank god!
