will not go back. I said, very simply, "I'd like a trim but please leave my bangs long."

Instead, she cut them entirely off.

Now I look like an extra from "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest." And it cost me thirty bucks. So thanks for nothing.

LOVE IT. I been using Elan Salon to remove hair with Electrolysis. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and both Galina and Marina are very professional. The prices are reasonable and the results are remarkable. I know girls who have attempted to permanently remove their hair with electrolysis and they had very slight to poor results. After a few sessions the hair became thinner and most of it is completely gone. I would strongly recommend this salon for a facial and hair removal. I LOVE ELAN SALON!

Wonderful Massage from Lena. The spa is clean and comfortable and everyone was nice, greeting us and taking us to our appointments. Your choice of coffee or tea while waiting and some cute gnoshies. Lena listened to what I wanted in the way of a massage and delivered. She has great sensitivity to muscles,and was very professional. I would return often if I lived in the neighborhood and will return whenever I'm in NYC. I had a hot stone massage and she used the stones to warm the muscles then worked with her hands. If you want a whimpy Swedish massage, she's probably not your lady. If you want therapeutic massage, she's great. I left feeling better balanced and recovered from all the walking we did yesterday. I am a massage therpist and really appreciate it when I find another good therapist.

Madison Ave in Park Slope. I live in Manhattan and treat myself to the best and that's why I go to Elan Salon in Park Slopes, the owner Ella makes me feel so special, the entire staff are very professional and they all do their jobs well - I've been to all the salon's on Madison Ave and I would always find fault and at Elan Salon I can't say anything bad, they are extremely courteous and I enjoy giving them my money (which is not much in comparision to Manhattan salons).

THE BEST SALON IN BROOKLYN. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE THEY OPENED .

I GET FACIALS ,MANICURES PEDICURES , WAXINGS ,EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES DONE HERE AND LOVE IT. IT IS A RELAXING ATMOSPHERE AND A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.

I HAVE SENT MANY PEOPLE THERE WHO LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO.

I GO EVERY WEEK AND IT IS MY TIME FOR ME.

THE OWNER DOES EVERYTHING TO PLEASE HER CLIENTS AND THE STAFF DOES THE SAME. I THINK EVERY WOMAN DESERVES A DAY AT ELAN JT

Great Place for haircut and hair color. my friend recommended me to get my hair done by an awesome hairstylist and colorist. Her name is Svetlana. She is an awesome lady, very professional and knew exactly what I needed. She chose the hair cut style for me and recommended me to change my hair color. I got out of that place as a completely different person...I loved it, my friends loved it too and I've got so many compliments from friends and family.

best salon!!. I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was absolutely fabulous. I came in with a lot of pain and it went away the next day thanks to Leo! I also had a facial by Marina and it was amazing. My skin felt like new and I was recommended products to keep my skin healthy that they sell right in the salon. I was astonished at how good they make my skin feel. With todays economy, the prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be returning.

best hair stylist, great facials. The first time I went here, i got my hair done. I am very particular about my hair and have been to multiple salons before, Elan Salon was the bestt! I got a haircut and highlights. She knew exactly what to do in order for it to suit me. The cut was perfect! The color was perfect! I've been getting so many compliments ever since. While I was waiting for the color to penetrate, the staff offered me coffee/tea, cookies, everybody was just so polite. The next time I came here for a facial. It was the most relaxed I had been in weeks. It was such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and Marina did such a good job. She was very professional and left my skin flawless after a few visits. She recommended I use the Guinot product line, and picked out exactly what I needed. I'm usually allergic but this didn't give me any bad reactions and was natural. They even sell this line right in the salon, which was very convenient. Overall, this salon is highly professional and offers a lot of great services. This is the best salon in Park Slope. I will definitely be returning to continue my services and experiment with new ones! =)

Best Salon in Brooklyn, Highly Recommend !. I was recommended to go to Elan Salon, over a year ago. I enjoy going there, they are very pleasant, they greet you, the receptionist offers you coffee or tea. The salon is in a very nice area, and is beautiful inside. I went to get a bikini wax from Galina, she did a wonderful job, painless aswell. I go to Tanya for manicure and pedicure, she is amazing. The whole atmosphere in the salon is very nice, everyone there is very greeting. There's no wait at all. Very pleased with the salon, go get your hair, nails, facials done there.
