Terrible Landlord/ terrible company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I cannot recommend anything about this company. The owners are only interested in collecting every penny they can and are not interested in even basic maintenance. They hide their names behind various corporations There are various tenant protection laws that they ignore and have even have been convicted in 2006 of discrimination. You will never get your apartment painted no matter how many years you live there. Stay away if you want a decent apartment.

Decent realty company, crappy landlord.. Our ceiling had a number of leaks, the landlord was EXTREMELY tardy in getting them fixed. Bathroom plumbing has completely fallen apart. Stairwell is scary and horror-movie-esque. Bad landlords.
