Strange staff - convenient hours. The people that work here are rude and strange - I don't like shopping here-- but I have done it in a pinch - they are open 24 hours- now there are other pharmacies open 24hrs so I avoid neergards.

Worst pharmacy in brooklyn. I visted this pharmacy for my fathers prescriptions. From the minute I walked in the vibe was horrible. The workers are very rude and this place is very unorganized. I'd highly recommend Target or Emcon pharmacy. I rather talk a cab or walk the distance than to go back to this place and its right down the block.

My neergard experience. i have been using neergard for three months to fill prescriptions and every time i go the pharmacy is completely disorganized. The woman who took my order this morning was so unusually rude for no reason i had to point it out to her. It seems that the place is poorly run and the folks behind the counter are unhappy and bickering with each other. A very unpleasant experience, which is unfortunate: i wanted to go there because it's not a chain.

Creepy Pharmacy. the pharmacist noted down my birthday and phone number for his personal use, and then sent me text msgs on my birthday as a secret admirer. when i went to pick up my meds he told me it was him. i laughed and giggled bcuz i was embarrassed and then he started calling me a couple days later. i had to sternly explain that his behavior was extremely inappropriate and i have not been back since.

Greatest Pharmacy Ever. This is one of my favorite places to shop- the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a toy store on the second floor that also sells important items for mothers-to-be like strollers, etc. Overall I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

Attitudes,fake cologne,expensive,owner is a senile witch,nasty surgical dept girl. Well let me say my Mother has been a customer of Neergaards for over 60 yrs.I just came back to town .I thought i would go to Neergaard to get a couple of things and it sure brought back memories,MY god just the simple stuff was so expensive i mean almost double the price of rite aid that was just across the street i found out after i left the store but anyway .My god this store has changed there was this old italian lady that worked there or maybe owned the place she was yelling @ the guys that were stocking the shelves saying u guys are lazy u are slacking off on the job do your job right or go home.Let me say nobody speaks english in this place it is like pakistan meets mexico @ a nasty puerto ricans house.Ok well let me say i went to the surgical section to buy an ace bandage this nasty girl named lisa said oh we dont have the ace brand we have something similar i said why don't you have the ace brand she said WE DON'T if u don't like it go to rite aid i said relax don't catch an attitude life is to short to be angry i think this girl needs to get some more loving from home cause her attitude stinx just like her breath nasty as do do.So i walked to the cologne counter finally a sweet person that worked there she was so helpful (so i thought) i bought a bottle of chanel coco for my wife i brought it home it was a little expensive but i wanted to buy something nice for the wife and i was not going to search the neighborhood for it so i brought it home for my wife she opened took it out of the box and said honey this is fake it smells like alcohol she took out her old bottle and sure enough it was not packaged the same and it smelled alot different.So i called Neergaard and spoke to the manager tom he said this is not possible he argued with me i said just give me my money back he said no.So i went there he was very nasty but also a fruit cake finally i got my money back.

The worst pharmacy i ever visited it is a shame these people are in business. Ok first let me say attitude problem from all of the staff @ the surgical section especially this girl Lisa it says foot specialist on her lab coat but she is about the most un educated foul mouthed ignorant person i have ever met i had her make me custom orthodics well she claimed she was a specialist i should have known she wasn't when i walked in there she was inhaling a plate of rice and beans while she was setting up shop.

all the equipment in the ortho room was so old older than my grandmothers sewing machine she kept complaining that her boss was cheap and her co-workers do nothing she claimed she was the hardist worker

but to get to the point she molded my feet for custom orthodics she said they would be ready in two weeks she had to send them to the factory to be made,so why does it say foot specialist on her lab coat if she has to send them out to be made i thought she was supposed to make them well anyway,

2 weeks go by neergaard did not recieve them yet

4 weeks same story

7 weeks same story

12 weeks i get a sweet message on my answering machine this is lisa Ruiz from neergaard please come and see me sweetie your orthodics have arrived.

So i rush down there to get them oh Lisa is not here she will be right back she went to lunch

I said no problem i waited one hour she comes walking in with 2 girls and she sees me and ignores me and talks to these girls right in front of me for 25 minutes ,Finally i get annoyed i say whats up i have been waiting for an hour for you she says you have to wait i have to eat my lunch i said here we go again rice and beans i was right, but anyway .We proceeded to the ancient ortho fitting room and i tried on my custom made orthodics and they were 3 sizes to big they look like they were for Magic Johnson i said are u sure these are mine she said ya she said they must have made a mistake @ the factory she said come back in 2 weeks i will have them fixed i said forget it.

It is a waiting game with poor service. Seven of us stood in line and waited and waited for service. We wished there was another store in Park Slope area. The supply department has limited hours, limited staff with little patience, and limited medical equipment in stock. They will try to convince you to take what they have. A broken wheel chair for instance.

But they are the only game in Park Slope, wish they where better stocked with better attitudes.

Whatever they can do to help. 24 hours everyday of the year, transferred a prescription that a major chain stopped getting me. I had to do nothing but go and pick it up. They were the best!

Guest Left in the Lurch. We rented a wheelchair for one of our hotel guests. Unfortunately, the one they sent us was broken. When we tried to call to get someone to help, their supply department was closed because they were late. When asked to speak to a manager, the representative said they could not be reached. We ended up having to go to ANOTHER source for a new wheelchair.
