Ruined my glasses

I gave them my prescription sunglasses to fix, as the arm had broken off. They said they has to send it out for two days. They came back a few days late and they said "no charge". When I picked them up, they had been soldered beyond repair, basically burned the arm back on, but they cant fold nor be worn, as they soldered them WAY too wide for my face. They can't be repaired elsewhere and I am now searching for a brand new pair elsewhere. Not good.

The only Eye Dr. I've ever liked!

Very friendly and professional staff. The Dr. takes plenty of time to explain everything and makes sure you understand as well. Plenty of personal attention. I am so glad to have found this place, they were recommended to me by friends and I continue to go even though my health insurance doesn't cover the visits.

Great place for glasses and contacts

I really like this place. They are very accomodating, friendly and honest. Even though I moved out of the neighborhood, I continue to go back to Eyes on the Slope for glasses and contacts. HIghly recommended.
