Outrageous Prices, Huge Selection. Everything you would find at this store, you could find elsewhere at prices that are MUCH MUCH lower. The mark-ups are a result of the wealthy population in Park Slope who are willing to support a local business. Be prepared to pay higher than usual prices. Be prepared to get mediocre customer service. Be prepared to be in a store that you cannot wheel your stroller through because the aisles are too tight. Other than those drawbacks, there is a huge selection of items. If you couldn't find a birthday present here, you would be hard pressed to find one elsewhere. I recommend this store if you don't mind leaving with a much lighter wallet.

Worst Costumer Service In Park Slope. The salespeople at this store ignore the customers, let a long line form even when there are three salespeople at the register (always only one ringing and the rest talking about their weekends). They are rude and not helpful. The toy selection is fine but the customer service is AWFUL.
