amazing food, best lunch specials. Hunan Delight is such a perk of Park Slope. I love the sesame noodles, the dumplings, the broccoli in garlic sauce, and the sesame tofu. But it wasn't until I tried the lunch special last week that I because as enthusiastic as I am right now. For $5.95 ($6.50 with tax), you get wonton soup plus a perfect-sized portion of a main dish with white, brown, or fried rice. My fortune cookie said I'd be having a happy family reunion soon, but it didn't know I was considering Hunan Delight my new family and experiencing the happy reunion right then and there.

excellent in every way. Great chinese food! Usually Chinese food makes me sick to my stomach, but this place is great. I'm really happy we live close! Great, prompt service.

yum. The food here is very good--fresh and not too greasy. Lots of healthy vegetarian options. The staff is nice and will carefully follow special requests. Delivery is quick, and their recently renovated space is very comfortable. Better than the other Chinese spots in the neighborhood.

Crappy Customer Service. The customer service is really lacking in this place. Do they no how to say sorry when they are late with your takeout order and buzz your bell like they are a friend playing a practical joke? Even if there is a language barrier, I would have accepted a sorry in chinese but no such thing. The food is good, but what the point in ordering from this place if they don't have any service skills, thats why I am giving them 2 stars. I will have to find a different place and wish them luck with all the competition that has popped up in the Park Slope area.

Best Chinese in Park Slope. I was so happy to discover this place after ten years of ordering from other Park Slope Chinese restaurants. This is head-and-shoulders above the average Chinese takeout place in terms of freshness and flavor. They have lots of vegetarian options -- the Spicy Sesame Chicken is a standout.

Nice renovation!. This has long been one of my favorite Chinese places in the Slope, and the new look only makes it better! The patio looks great, and the quality of food is still just as high. I'm sold. Get the eggrolls.

Great. I ordered the General Tso Un-Chicken and it was delicious. Hunan Delight has one page in their menu full of Vegetarian dishes.
