GREAT SERVICE GREAT PRICE EFFICIENT WORK. We had our car glass smashed in and were looking for a place to repair it, we called Joe's in the early afternoon for a price quote and time estimate however chose to stay where we were for convenience. Big mistake... that guy took 3 hours gave us a run around and wasn't able to complete the job in the end. We went to JOe's at the end of the day on a Friday and they had the glass ready for us from when we called earlier and had the job done correctly in 20 minutes. They were very helpful and super friendly as well as half the price.…

Miracle workers!. some a$$ busted my window to get a half handful of change and some cds, and i looked online for a close auto glass place and joe's had all these good reviews. so there i went, and they were able to get me a used window that was much cheaper and suited my purposes, but more importantly they STUCK to their price quote and got it done in the same day. i would absolutely go there again or recommend them to anyone.…

Inexpensive & Fast Service. My car got sideswiped while parked on my block and the side mirror was shattered to pieces. New to the Slope and being a girl I didn't know where to go. I found Joe's Auto Glass online and saw the great reviews so I gave them a shot. I got a good price over the phone, but still wanted to compare their price to other auto glass shops. Joe's had the cheapest price and seemed the friendliest. They ordered the mirror for my car the same day and my baby was fixed within an hour's time. Thank you Joe!!…

Quick, inexpensive, courteous service. While visiting from out of town, our side window was smashed. I called on a Saturday morning, was quoted an entirely reasonable price, and brought the car in. Joe not only guessed exactly what had happened (attempted theft of a GPS, based on the mark left by the suction cup mount), but in looking the car over, noticed a long-time scrape, and promised to try to get that out as well.

The work was done in an hour or so, the broken glass vacuumed out, and while the scrape couldn't be popped out perfectly, Joe cleaned off some of the bumper plastic that made it more obvious. He didn't charge for anything but the window replacement, and was conversational the entire time.

I sincerely hope never to have another window broken in Brooklyn again, but I recommend Joe's Auto Glass highly to anyone who does suffer such a misfortune.…
