It serves it's purpose. I you need a bok they don't have they will order it for you so you don't have to pay for shipping. Go back to the store and get it.

Par for the course. This Barnes and Noble is pretty much what you can expect from this chain everywhere. They usually have a decent selection of widely distributed books, but if you want something that's even a little hard to find elsewhere they probably won't have it. To their credit, they usually have new releases on the release dates though.

The store can be a bit on the disorganized side with restocking carts taking up a few of the narrow aisles. Some of the books tend to be a bit banged up too. This is most likely from careless patrons. If the book you want has multiple copies in stock, make sure to grab one from the back of the shelf as the front one will probably come pre-mangled.

Book selection good coffee serving lousy. This location is convenient considering I come from sunset park to buy books and cds and they always have what I need and I know the right person to go to. There is only one thing however, the line is very long and it seems they don't move fast enough, when I do get the front the same wannabe tall intellectual with glasses always fills my cup to the top with no room for milk and I told her hundreds of times room for milk please even though she says yeah yeah I go to get milk and when I open it a portion of the coffee spills on my jacket. The worst part is I can tell by drinking it the coffee is old smells like it just sat in the pot for days. I half to honest I will just come to pick up my books and cds and get my coffee somewhere else. Thank god the management is good because i know a few of them for a few years now if this young lady becomes one of the bosses it would be like not knowing weather the movie inception was for real for our star or fiction.

Barnes and Nobles. HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE !!!!!! RUDE !! DISRESPECTFUL!

I brought my dog in a bag, because in this neighborhood if you bring your dog in a bag, even thought it says no pets allowed, it is OK!

Well it doesn't say no pets allowed, on the window! or anywhere else!

i bought my dog, the manager was called, i simply asked for a book, she told me to get out or she was going to call the cops! I told her I just need a book, she told me to get out with the dog! I looked at her angry, She said what don't you understand! I look hispanic i took it as a racist comment! Why would a white woman ask a spanish young lady if she understands english! I told her I am well educated and I speak English!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! RACIST!
