“Great styles - bad customer service”
Excellent shopping experience.
Distinctive variety of clothing, a cut away from the cookie cutter store. Has been around for 40 years.Must be doing something right.
Friendly, personal and local management. Shoes, costume jewelry, womens, mens, and heard that they may have children's clothing soon.
Found a very generous retrun policy in the clothing departments. Three stores in Brooklyn. I spoke to the owner, Doug Grater, and found him very generous, and he ordered a special order for me.
WORST STORE IN BROOKLYN. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST STOR EVER. EVERYONE IS RUDE, THE MERCHANDISE IS OF THE WORST QUALITY. THIS STORE IS BEST RECOMENDED TO STAY AWAY FROM!!!!!!
Great styles - bad customer service.
The shoes & clothes there are trendy and stylish - great finds. BUT the sales associates there always end up killing my mood to browse around and shop, especially the ones who "help" you with the shoes. They don't smile (i have NEVER seen any one of them smile at anyone), they don't say hi, how are you. When they ask if you need help, it's as though they're reluctant to even do anything for you. What makes it more awkward is that when they give you the shoes you requested, they sit on the floor in front of you while you try them on and they're just sitting there staring at you. Extremely uncomfortable!
But the owner is great - a total opposite of the sales associates. Best to have him help you out than the girls.
