Rude: Go to Starbucks!

I usually buy my coffee from this Dunkin Donuts and also frequent other locations in Brooklyn. On Feb 22 09, my mother and I entered this Dunkin Donuts to wait on line for coffee. My mother went to ask for the bathroom key and the lady behind the counter yelled at her and said no(in front of other customers!). I turned to see the another person behind the counter was laughing. After my mother asked "WHY?" The Lady told us we are cheap customers, since we only buy coffee, and asked us to spend our $4 elsewhere (certainly, in this economy good advise). We went straight to the nice Starbucks (86 st and 20th ave) and encountered no problems going to the bathroom or spending money on their coffee. Thanks Dunkin Donuts for showing us that we were actually making a mistake spending our money at this branch. Now we are treated with respect and buy better quality coffee and sandwiches at Starbucks*.
