The Scene
This smallish store is a bit claustrophobic, but before long you'll be lost in nostalgia. Owner Jim Lanning takes trips to auctions, estate and garage sales along the East Coast
each week to furnish his store, so you'll always find something new. If you're looking for a particular piece, Lanning will keep an eye out for it as he travels. True to the name, there's vintage luggage to be found here, in bright, semi-obnoxious colors that make for an easy find in baggage claim.
The Goods
Marked by a beat-up suitcase sign on the sidewalk, Ugly Luggage is an ever-changing nod to the good, the bad, and of course, the ugly. Remember that wonderfully tacky glassware from your childhood?
