Disappointed. Went to Teddy's last night for Fat Tuesday - loved the music but the tap beers were warm and had a metal taste to them. We had a table but the wait staff was understaffed and it took forever to get a beverage. Food was okay-nothing to write home about.

the tap beer was a big disappointment - please check the taps and keep the beer cold!

Became pretentious. I went tonight to watch the Yankee Championship game, have some food and some beers. The game was on, but the stereo system was playing 1970's country music. I asked 3 different people if they can play the sound from the TV over the sound system and was told "we are playing music now, we don't to mess with the ambiance of the diners". This was the answer I got from the female owner, and the bartender.

Mind you the sound is only played at the bar, not the dining area.

Everyone calls this place a neighborhood bar, buts it's not. It's pretentious to say the least. I stayed anyway because the game started, oh and the food was nothing to be desired. (i had the steak)

I mean, it's the ALCS NY Yankees, this still is new york city isn't it?? I'm sorry I wasted my time to go there.

Best place in Williamsburg. This place still..too this very day..has the greatest plate of cheesy nachos and wings around..Beer is still under 6 bucks..the waitstaff is always fun and the burgers ....wow..amazing...They always have great wines...good wines and not to expensive..so many restaurants are here in Williamsburg that are so awful..filled with annoying trust funders...this place stays true..We don't go out as much as we used to..but if we are going to keep one place that we will go to..Teddy's is IT....

Hugh Pool and John ragusa: At Teddy's Bar and Grill. Great atmosphere. Check out this story about Teddy's at Newsblaze and the Greenpoint Gazette: Hugh Pool and John Ragusa: "Feelin' good Blues never felt better."

Just great!. Just great.. good beer, good burgers and baseball. Say anything else of Teddy's is an anathema, a slander. ;-) ube123
