DISGUSTING FOOD & PEOPLE.
This is unbelievable how some people conduct business. I just got screamed at because I dared calling back to ask for the food I ordered and not someone else's order.
Do I need to say more? By the way the food is also bad and the seafood smells terrible! Not worth the hour wait, the headache, and the insults!!
Terrible. My friend and I ordered pizza from Tony's today at 3:30, and after 3 phone calls and 1 hour and 45 minutes, the pizza still hadn't arrived. I called one more time and the person who answered the phone explained that the driver got confused, because there are two streets named 'Diamond' in Brooklyn(which BTW is a complete lie). I asked for a discount, but he made up some excuse about how the register tape cannot be changed, but they'll 'take care of me next time'. After a couple minutes going back and forth, the guy on the phone said he'd call the driver and tell him not to come at all. These guys may make good pizza, but they're liars and don't respect their customers.
Disgusting, Oily Pizza takes forever to deliver. Im Sorry Phili Is A Logn time family friend but seriously out of all honseyty your better off goign acorss the street to camrines which serves the best pizza in bklyn do not eat here ughhh ill disgusting and take sforever to deliver
Decent Pizza, Inept Delivery. Tony's, Please get your delivery system on point. As I'm writing this I'm waiting for a medium cheeze pizza and a side salad that has already taken over 2 hours to get here. The F-ed up part is that your guy quoted me 45 minutes when I initially placed the order, then you gave me the run around by saying the guy would be there "momentarily" (another 45 minutes)... You're pizza is great but this part of your business is retarded. I would have ordered Carmine's (less tasty) if I knew. In case you were wondering, the pizza arrived cold.
Do not order delivery. Ordered a pizza for deliery. When I called to cancel my order 1h45min later, they said it was going to be the next order. At this stage, we were starving and I cancelled the order. In response, I was told 'No problem, buddy...don't worry about it!' as if I needed their approval to cancel an order they hadn't prepared 1.75hrs after I placed it. No 'we're sorry it took so long'. This is the first time I've tried Tony's (new to neighborhood) and no matter how good the pizza is, they've blown their chance with me. 2hrs to deliver 1 pizza? Please.
great neighborhood pizza joint. the place always feels welcoming in a neighborly way. They're quick and efficient and the slices are fantastic. Try the entrees, too--they're also excellent
I've binged here.
Yeah I've binged here a buch. The slices are a little small and expensive, but if you want to get drunk on pizza I highly recommend it.
