great store. Man, I LOVE this place. Korine , Yvette and George rock. Super cool frames and great customer service.

I popped in on a Saturday looking to get some frames and they spent the better part of an hour helping me find the perfect frames for my face (and there were other customers in the store) and I end up getting two. Then I went back and got 2 more frames. Their suggestions are normally spot on, and even a pair that I wasn't sure about has really grown on me. This doesn't mean that they are pushy as in the end the choice is yours, but that their recommendations should be given honest consideration.

Lastly, whoever says the customer service here is bad, is off your rocker! Once I stopped by near Avon and they kept the store open so that the gf and I could continuing making our selections. They recognize me by name and routinely wave "what's up" when they see me passing by Flatbush . Now if that is not the hallmark of customer service then I don't know what is.
