Not only is it THE place for relaxing aromatherapy massages and facials, it definitely has earned its ranking as one of the Top 5 Color Salons in New York State every year since 2007 -- a proud achievement and no small feat, considering Pilo Arts is competing with some of the world's trendiest Manhattan colorists!
