complaint_description: On May 17, 2012 I purchased a FIAT 500 from Giuffre Fiat in Brooklyn, NY. The purchase price was 18,400 and my trade-in was 13,000. I went to see a financial manager at a different location but part of a same dealer. He claimed that he did not have the original bill of sale so he made me sign a blank bill of sale that did not include the information of the fees and agreement. I was hit with additional fees which was not listed on the bill of sale that I signed. The destination fee was included in the window sticker price but they still charged me. They also charged me many other fees. They refused to accept cash or check for the remaining balance of the car or to finance with FIAT which offers 0 financing. They made me finance with a different bank with a higher interest rate and I would definitely qualify for low financing due to my credit score.
