Lot's Of Love @ Heart To Heart. OMG! This shop where I have been a customer for 10 years just gets better & better every year offering gifts from $10 and up. I never leave unhappy finding the perfect gift year round for all my special occassions.

During the holidays whether Christmas, Valentine's or Easter they have the best dressed window display's as well indide helping me with ideas unable to decide or be as clever in my home with such heart warming table top-wall art home decor & much more! Their service is above & beyond appreciating the sales staff patience I never experince in other shops of this caliber in other areas of NYC.

Truly surprised to have read the negative comment my freinds and family have never experienced from our #1 favorite place to shop. They continue to be a ray of light finding more inspirational and motivational great gifts!

The Customer is Always Wrong and a Liar Too. I bought a toy which I later discovered was damaged. When I attempted to return it, I was told that I could not return it because they never receive damaged products in their store, i.e. I was to blame for the damage and I was lying. When she, the manager, finally went through the stock she discovered they were all damaged save for one, which I took as an exchange. Did I receive an apology for being called a liar? No. Do they stand behind their products? No...no refunds, no matter what. I have never encountered such obnoxious and belligerent behavior on the part of an employee in a retail establishment before. I have also never encountered such a bizarre return policy.
