Friendly Neighborhood Service, Luxury Designer Gem!!. I'm a new customer, but I was recommended to Consign Connection by my older sister, who has been a customer for 10 years. The storefront always caught my eye--luxury bags and shoes, amazing displays of gracefully and tastefully clothes blended with vintage furniture.

Last week, I spotted a designer bag that I have always wanted. Wondering if I could even afford it, my sister urged me to go in and ask how much it cost. Well, I was firstly impressed by the owner Yolanta, who started speaking to my sister in English and an hour later, they conversation ended in Italian. SO COOL. Anyways, when the topic of money came up, I was shocked at how reasonably the bag was priced AND that they offered LAYAWAY!!!!! I was apprehensive to buy the bag at first, but she allowed me to leave a small deposit, STRONGLY encouraging me to do so before Bay Ridge's famous 3rd Ave Festival, in which women flock the neighborhood, from near and far, hoping to get amazing shopping deals. By putting a little money down each week towards my goal...I could rest assured that My DREAM bag would be mine in only 1 month! What do you know, I came back after the festival, and there was a line of 10 women BEGGING for MY bag. But she honored her commitment, and she turned them down knowing I would be a customer for life. I am now the proud owner of a REAL Louis Vuitton bucket bag!!!! I've received so many compliments on the quality of the product.

I attribute the success of the store to the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! Yolanta, the owner, is a very strong woman. She is very friendly and charming, but when it comes down to the retail aspect of the business---she is known for being very selective about which items she will accept for consignment. Out of the 20 items I showed her, only 4 made the cut. She will not accept "knock-off" bags made of faux leather, because she wants her business to represent genuine, high-end style at an affordable price! Futhermore, she would only sell something that she would wear herself---now THAT is something I look for in a small business owner!

Yolanta spent an hour with me talking about the product, how this investment would serve me for the rest of my life, how the shape was the right fit for my personal style (*as compared to the other 2 Louis Vuitton bags in the window). Yolanta is such a chic woman--straight from Rome, Italy--you can tell she knows a thing or two about fashion. She's been in the industry for YEARS! I trust her opinion completely!!!! She is fabulous!!!!!!!!

Not a single negative thing comes to mind when I think of this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

brooklyn secret! Let this be your "GO TO" shop!. I have been a loyal customer of Consign Connection for a few years. The owner, Yolanta, is an incredible women who always has the stop stocked with beautiful trendy items and she also gives impeccable style advice. This is my go to store, even though I live minutes from Century 21. I just bought a beautiful Scoop NYC suit for Easter and a satin dress for a wedding. Her prices are very reasonable and the personal touch is worth making this shop your go-to store. Yolanta always has pieces in mind for me when I visit her store. FABULOUS, YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING. SO EXCITED I found this shop. Just stumbled in just for a look see and walked out with paycheck spent. Such great clothes and accessories as well. I want to go again next week and I do not live in the neighborhood. I am now a faithful customer. The owner Jolanta is such a great person. Her eye for design is exceptional. All labels here. Also range of sizes. Wonderful Karma.

I am afraid this store is going to make me go broke. I can not stress enough how lovely Jolanta is and her finds.
