Where the Beautiful People Are. The Pearl Room is a neighborhood charm. The food is consistantly first rate. This is one place to go for that special night out to be assured of a fine dining experience...the atmosphere, wait staff and professionalism are only surpassed by the excellent food.

The Chef, Anthony Rinaldi is passionate.. about his specials and will often go to your table to discuss them with you. Seafood is the draw, but I recenly had his pasta and sauce and it tasted like my grandmother made it! Liquid gold! ... The Bar: Frequent DJ nites are fun. Crowd is trendy but friendly.

Great Food & Friendly Service!!. I have eaten at the Pearl Room a few times and also had a party there for about 60 people. The food and service have never disappointed - chef/owner Anthony Rinaldi was helpful in the party planning, and really gave things a personal touch. I was not even charged when I was short on the number of guests I had guaranteed. Pearl Room is also a great date place, since you can hang out at the lively bar before or after your meal. Great Food, Friendly Service, Fun Atmosphere - I would definitely recommend it!

horrible!!!!. The chef and the owner Anthony Rinaldi sends a "complimentary" drink to the table and then it shows up on a tap! Be careful! We signed the bill and he added 20% service charge after the signature! We had to dispute the charge...food was ok but overpriced! wine was the cheapest kind served with high prices! watch out! the place is a devil's hang out!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEW. I would never recommend The Pearl Room to anyone because:

1. I made a reservation and when I got there they didn't have it.

2. I Valet parked my car and received a $115 ticket which I wasn't NEVER informed of until one month latter in the mail with a LATE FEE now the ticket is $125. Then I call The Pearl Room and at first they told me they would take care of it as long as I had proof that I was at the restaurant that night. However, once I told them I was able to provide proof that I was at the restaurant they refused and told me I would have to speak to the manger or owner (who every time I called were not there and never called me back). (Talk about being un professional) .

If you like bland The Pearl Room is for you. We've had terrific meals here in the past so we had high expectations for a party we went to. The restaurant is nice and the staff excellent but everything from the Costco like rolls to the chicken skewers and mozzarella and calamari appetizers was bland. In fact the pepperoncini calamari I've had in the past was far superior to the bland marinara sauce they gave us. Entrees were equally disappointing, my sea bass was over cooked and the sauce devoid of taste, even the mashed potatoes were tasteless. Plating was bizarre, the tilapia was the color of cardboard and with the balsamic vinegar and red bean paste sauce it looked like ribbons on a package. No one finished their meal and the best thing was the occasion cake we brought in with us.

What happened to this place, did they change owners?

Great place for a Bridal Shower--bring an umbrella. The roof was leaking from an existing leak and in the morning of the Bridal Shower it was raining. When the guests from the Shower arrived the restaurant sent one of the workers to fix the roof. Instead of fixing the roof, his foot fell through the roof.

It continued to rain in on the Shower for the entire time. Also, we were told Valet would be available, it was not available till after the Shower ended.

Make sure you bring an umbrella to this Shower, you will surely need it.

Best Christmas Day Dinner. Since I don't celebrate Christmas on Dec 25, I needed to go to a place that was open for Christmas. I chose the Pearl Room and I am very happy I did. It was a great experience. I been there a couple of times before but not on a holiday. The food had great presentation and the service was outstanding. The owner/Chef came up to my table and made me feel very welcomed (especially since I was dining alone) and was very sweet. I ordered the special menu for $55 and had the potato crusted salmon. I never had salmon prepared that way but I will definitely have it again. The dessert was different for me too. I had banana strudel for the first time with frangelico. Perfect combination to satisfy your sweet tooth. The owner gave me complimentary chocolate truffles. The pearl room really made my evening with the constant attention. I loved it! I will be back!

averagee.... Don't get me wrong...we did have a great dinner. The restaurant is very intimate and quaint. But, for the cost, I wasn't blown away by the dishes. Everyone that works at Pearl Room is extremely knowledgeable, cordial, helpful, and formal.
