After years, never will go again.. We have never been to a more poorly run establishment. The service, when they speak english, is sub-par and the food is not good, if they can get your order right, that is. They will hang up on you consistantly until you give up on the incorrect order that I'm sure you will receive and shout obsenities and threaten you. Do not visit this place. Long ago we stopped visiting the restaurant since the food is not good, but they are the only all night diner in the area, and still, we have just recently found, it is NOT worth the time or money you will waste on food you think you MAY recieve. We cannot find the owner, who is never apparently present, but the managers threaten us and hang up on us. Please do not visit this shady establishment.

Good food. Seating is prompt. The waiters and waitress' are prompt in service and treat their customers well.

The decor is better since they remodeled the interior

The only thing that needs improvement are the busboys who need to serve water and coffee on a more freguent basis

A Classic Diner!. I've been coming to the Bridgeview for almost 15 years. And it hasn't changed - the decor has, but everything else about it hasn't. Seating is prompt. Service is respectful and fast - they make you feel welcome, like you're at someone's house. The food is very good for diner food. Breakfast is always worth it here (I love the eggs and corned beef hash). They have a nice variety of hamburgers (even a turkey burger) and their French Onion soup is pretty good. It's gotten a little salty for my taste, but still good. The dinner menu is alright, but I don't go to a diner for a surf and turf kind of dish - I go for the burgers and the breakfast dishes. The best part, it's open 24 hours a day so if you're out and about hitting the bars in Bay Ridge, you have a place to eat after you're done - I have, many many times! The price is right - not overpriced, and you get what you pay for (and then some). Definitely worth it!

Great deal, good food, great experience. This was a good experience from the waiters in their jackets to the 5 course meal--and yes, I'm talking about a diner! The place is classy and inexpensive. You can get a 5 course meal for two for less than $30. Includes breads, soup, salad, main course, and a desert. A nice place for a sit down meal if you want to have some time to talk and get stuffed. You could also stop in for a quick bite at the counter. The food was good. It wasn't amazing, but for the quantity at that price, it's hard to beat. Come hungry!

Beyond the smoked glass, an eatery where jacketed waiters glide through a decor that recalls swinging Vegas.. In Short
In this salmon-and-chrome interior, the dining area to the left is more formal: carpet underfoot and white vinyl banquets. To the right is the more conventional diner setting: a long counter, small booths with tabletop jukeboxes, ceiling fans, swinging doors that lead to the kitchen. A tabbed menu breaks down into food from the griddle, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. An insert listing daily specials in small print is crammed with endless dishes.
