What a difference a year makes and not for the better. We went there for my son's birthday. 15 people. Reservations made in advance. I tried to call and pre-order a few items, but they said "don't worry the salads come out quick". Well quick was 45 minutes for salads and 30 minutes for pitchers of soda and water. I approached a waitress to ask for a water that i ordered, she replied that they don't give out water for free and that the other waitress is searching for the pitchers. ok, then, how about getting a table ready and pitchers ready before we come? i did tell them i have elderly people in my party. the entrees took another 30 minutes to arrive. No forks, no napkins. No one came to our table from the waitstaff to ask if we needed anything the entire time. The coffee came in large ugly canisters, again no sugar, no napkins. Our waiter looked 12 and was sitting outside smoking while i was fuming about bad service inside. They are not equipped for larger parties and are very rude. Don't waste your time if you have more than 4 people and small kids.

NACHOS GRANDE ROCKS. i always enjoy my meals at cappucino cafe ... especially the nachos grande. i also love the ceasar salad. there is nothing gourmet about their food ... just america's favorites done right. oh...i also love the club sandwich!!!!!

quiet, so quiet. if you don't want to go deaf from that rock music on friday night, cappucino cafe is your place. they have homemade tiramisu that is the best. pecan pie is sooo good too. however, stay away from crepes and cocktails. instead, if its too hot outside, indulge yourself with "coup petit deux"-vanilla ice-cream with peaches and melba sause.
