the first time they came to my location very professional and polite.

when i had to schedule a second appointment it was like a circuse , one hand didnt know what the other hand was doing ,and there ridiculous billing prosses is comical.

they did not complete the job and nor do i want them to, that is how discusted i am with the company.

Did not make me feel strange

Just bought some windows for my apartment and like anything that has to do with carpentry I have no idea what is going on. I called some companies around the area and I felt like I was being talked down to. I called these guys and well they took the time and made me feel like I can trust them. So when it came to getting my windows installed I got a very fair price and I actually like doing business with them. When the crew came into my apartment we joked around and I let them work and they even vacuumed my floor when they left!

I think it?s a family company and I like that?I am so glad I did not let Lowe?s or Home Depot into my home. Good people!

Best service in town..and affordable too!!

Recently, my husband and I bought a landmark brownstone in Park Slope. The apartment was charming; the original windows were not. They were drafty and let every noise in. After calling Lowe's and Home Depot, we took a friend's recommendation and visited Windows We Are, Inc., in Bay Ridge. From the time we walked through the door, until the time we handed over the check, we felt tlike family. The salespeople were friendly, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. They even told us not to replace one of our windows because it was still in great shape. Now that's an honest businessman! One year later, a part broke, and without question, Windows We Are sent a repairman out to fix it at no additional charge even after the warranty expired. I recommend this place to ANYONE looking to replace or install windows in their home!
